Terms and Conditions
Maximumpeptides.ca
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website maximumpeptides.ca (the "Site") and any purchase of products from Maximumpeptides.ca ("Maximumpeptides.ca", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise acquiring products from the Site, you ("you", "Purchaser", or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase products.
Introduction
Scope
These Terms govern: (a) your access to and use of the Site; (b) the purchase, sale, shipment and return of products listed on the Site; and (c) your relationship with Maximumpeptides.ca in connection with such activities. Additional policies (Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy) may apply and are incorporated by reference.
Eligibility
By using the Site and ordering products, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to form binding contracts. You also represent that you have the necessary facilities, licenses, training and institutional affiliations (where applicable) to lawfully receive and use the products (e.g., laboratory facilities for in-vitro research).
Modifications
Maximumpeptides.ca may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on the Site with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
ACH Payments
What is ACH
ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments allow Maximumpeptides.ca to debit an authorized U.S. bank account for order amounts, refunds and any authorized charges (taxes, shipping, handling, returns, chargebacks, restocking fees, and other applicable fees).
Authorization
By selecting ACH as your payment method and submitting an order, you authorize Maximumpeptides.ca (and its payment processors and agents) to initiate electronic debit entries to the bank account you provide for the transaction amount, and to initiate, if necessary, credit entries and adjustments for any transaction errors. This authorization remains in effect until the transaction completes or as otherwise required by law.
Verification & Timing
We may verify your bank account information and identity before accepting an ACH payment. ACH timing varies by bank and may take several business days to settle. Orders may be placed on hold until verification and settlement are complete.
Returned or Rejected ACH Payments
If an ACH payment is returned or rejected for any reason (e.g., insufficient funds, incorrect account information, closed account), you remain responsible for the full order amount plus any bank or administrative fees Maximumpeptides.ca incurs. We may retry the ACH once or more, suspend shipments, cancel orders, or require an alternate payment method. We may also charge reasonable fees for returned payments (subject to applicable law).
Refunds to ACH
Refunds for ACH-paid orders will be processed back to the originating bank account whenever reasonably possible. Refund settlement times are subject to bank processing times and may take several business days.
Disputes
For ACH payment disputes, you should first contact Maximumpeptides.ca at the contact information below. You may also contact your bank to dispute an unauthorized or erroneous debit. You agree that initiating an ACH reversal or chargeback without contacting us first may violate these Terms.
Security & Data
We use industry standards and third-party payment processors to protect payment data. By providing bank account information for ACH, you consent to our collection and storage of that data consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your bank account except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
